Observations older than five minutes are unknown. Provider status does not confirm TECOBI impact, account health or successful message/call delivery. Merged PRs are not proof of a production release. Incident windows are reported start through confirmed recovery, not a claim of continuous total outage. Work summaries are deliberately grouped by client outcome; they are not a complete list of internal PRs. The main site and hub share Google infrastructure risk. Private reports, source issues, customer identities and internal evidence are not public resources.
